This fully assembled ceramic heater block kit is designed for K2 Plus Combo and K2 Plus 3D printers. It includes 0.2mm, 0.4mm, and 0.6mm hardened steel quick-change nozzles, 20 cleaning needles (0.2×8, 0.4×8, 0.6×4), 2 silicone covers, 3 bottles of silicone grease, 4 screws, and 4 wrenches—providing everything you need for efficient maintenance and printing.
Premium-Quality Materials
The nozzle is made from a combination of copper alloy and hardened steel, offering a Mohs hardness of 7.8 for exceptional durability and up to six times longer lifespan. The hot end throat uses aluminum alloy to minimize heat transfer, while the copper alloy body delivers high thermal conductivity (330 W/m·K) for consistent and even heating.
Quick-Change Nozzle System
Designed with an all-metal, one-piece structure, the nozzle and thermal break allow for fast and easy installation or replacement. The smooth inner surface ensures seamless filament flow, while the precision-machined, burr-free nozzle reduces clogging and supports stable, high-quality printing. A tight sealing connection helps prevent material leakage during operation.
